With 25 years of experience working in the USA as a Fashion Designer in New York for companies such as Liz Clairborn, Bugle Boy, Gitano ,French Connection and others.. A Fashion Instructor/researcher for 8 years in Tampa and now creator and owner of Marisu Miranda Moda and Queens Fabric, a complete fashion design studio and textile boutique.
Clients include: Desigual, Del Pozo, Givenchy, Kenneth Cole, Ralph Lauren, Marc Jacobs, JCrew, Michael Kors, Raoul, Elle MacPherson, Tina Fey, Christina Aguilera ,Sofia Vergara. Creations wore in red carpets such as Grammys, Oscars, Emmys and Golden Globes. Experience includes: market and trend researching in Europe, manufacturing processes in Asia and merchandising in the USA.
Creator and Owner of Marisu Miranda Moda and Queens Fabric, a complete fashion design studio and textile boutique. She offers unique fabrics of her own creations, original designs, and digital silk printing, sewing everything by hand for each individual client. She has created over 2000 original patterns and designs. She offers workshops, seminars and consultations for companies and individual clients. Design and work with textile jobbers and distributors from China, India and Latin America sketching and creating their trims and fabrics catalogs.
